  • Then, as needed, add 14 teaspoon oregano, 12 teaspoon thyme, and crushed black pepper powder. You can use whatever herbs you like.
  • Season to taste with salt.
  • After that, add 12 teaspoons of sugar. If the pumpkin is already sweet, there’s no need to add sugar.
  • Stir everything together thoroughly. Allow the soup to come to a slow simmer until it reaches the desired temperature. After that, turn off the heat.

Moong Dal Carrot Soup

  • Preheat the pan and add oil to it.
  • Toss in some ginger and garlic.
  • Now add the onion and tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  • Cover the pot with the lid for a minute to allow the carrots to simmer.
  • Stir constantly the contents in the container between stirrings to prevent it from burning.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes after adding the water.
  • In a separate pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Now add the integrated moong daal and cook for a few minutes.

Soup of Beetroots and Apples
